PiYoga / Piloga - A fun blend of the best of pilates and yoga! Piyoga is a mixed level class focusing on strength, length, and breath! Pilates Apparatus - Privates & group sessions utilizing the Reformer (a system of pulleys and springs), the Chair, Cadillac, and a variety of other Pilates equipment. Apparatus work is the ultimate way to strengthen the core and create long, lean muscles! Indoor Cycle - A fun cardio blast, simulating an outdoor cycle ride indoors! Body Sculpt - utilizing weights to sculpt a toned, strong body and healthy bones! Stability Ball - A resistance workout using a Fit Ball to create strength, stability, and tone.
